The First VIP level is forever

Once you reach the First VIP level in the new VIP Club, it’s yours forever. If you're above the First VIP level and less active for a prolonged period, your level will drop just one step. For example, if you reached VIP Gold in the VIP Progress but stayed inactive for a prolonged period, your level would drop to VIP Silver.

What will happen to my current Loyalty or VIP level after the new VIP Club launch?

Don’t worry — your level isn’t going anywhere. We’ll fairly take into account your full progress history.

If you’re a current VIP and have been active this quarter, you’ll receive a matching level in the new system — based on your recent activity.
If you were a VIP before but haven’t been active recently, you’ll still keep the First VIP level. And yes — it’s yours forever!
If you’ve never been a VIP, your level will be set based on your progress in the Loyalty program. Nothing will be lost, nothing will be reset.

What rewards can I expect in the new VIP Club?

Will I automatically become a VIP if I was one before?

If not — don’t worry. You’ll still be assigned a level based on your progress in the new VIP Club.

Can I lose my VIP level? Is it permanent?

You’ll never drop below the starting VIP level. But if you stay inactive for a prolonged period, your VIP level may gradually decrease — one step at a time.
